CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMERCIAL, EXHIBITION AND STORAGE BUILDING FOR ‘MAJSTER’ IN RADOMSKO

MAJSTER is a chain of DIY stores in southern Poland. We had the pleasure of building one of their stores in Radomsko. The scope of completed works included the construction of the MAJSTER commercial, exhibition and warehouse building in Radomsko together with an advertising pylon and a technical infrastructure.

The scope of construction included, among others:

  • Comprehensive construction works:
    • Construction of a complete hall
    • Electrical and lightning protection systems
    • Internal sanitary installations: water and sewage, heating and ventilation
    • Fire protection installations and hydrants
    • Sanitary and electrical connections
  • Road works; construction of parking lots and pavements

CONSTRUCTION OF A PRODUCTION AND STORAGE BUILDING FOR PLASTIC WASTE RECYCLING PRT RADOMSKO

PRT Radomsko is a company which deals with the recycling of plastic PET bottles. A special technological process will enable it to produce high-quality material for the production of new plastic packaging. For PRT, we completed the construction of a production and storage building for the recycling of plastic waste, with an office and social facilities as well as an accompanying technical structure.

The scope of construction included, among others:

  • Construction of a production and warehouse building for recycling of plastic waste with office and social facilities with a usable floor area of 13,526.7 m2, a building area of 13,371.0 m2 and a cubic capacity of 144,220.6 m3 together with internal installations and technical infrastructure i.e. external installations including water, sanitary sewage system, stormwater drainage system with: separator, gas, medium-voltage power cables, low-voltage power cables with lighting poles, boiler room with a total power of 3-250 kW and terrain development,
  • Construction of roads for lorries and a car park for passenger cars made of paving stones with an area of 11,350 m2,
  • Construction of a porter's building with a usable area of 141 m2 and a cubic capacity of 77.5 m3 including internal installations,
  • Construction of a water pumping station with a fire pit,
  • Construction of truck scales for weighing vehicles,
  • Construction of the foundation for external silos,
  • Construction of the exit way from the side of Geodetów Street from the north-eastern side of the plot,
  • Construction of the exit way from the side of Geodetów Street from the south-eastern side of the plot,
  • Construction of a fire storage tank,
  • Plot development together with greenery.

 

CONSTRUCTION OF A WAREHOUSE - SAILING

Together with an office and social building in addition to elements of a small infrastructure in Rzgów

Sailing is a company dealing in the import of artificial jewellery, hair decorations, artificial nails, belts and many other accessories. It is a company that has been developing since 1991 and has become one of the largest on the market in this business sector.

For Sailing, we built a warehouse hall together with an office and social building in addition to a small infrastructure in Rzgów.

The scope of construction included, among others:

  • Construction of the warehouse,
  • Construction of an office and social building,
  • Execution of sanitary installations and central heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems,
  • Electrical installations,
  • Land development,
  • Car park, pavement and access road made from paving stones.
