Reconstruction and modernisation of the production hall for Mila in Wągrowiec

With partial demolition and change of use for service purposes

Mila is a supermarket chain that has been on the market for 25 years. There are currently 187 under this brand.

We have completed the construction of several of their Mila branches. One of our implementations for Mila was the construction of a commercial building in Wągrowiec.

The scope of construction included, among others:

  • Comprehensive general construction works of the building, including internal installations and technical infrastructure, access roads, car parks and plot development,
  • Demolition works of an office building with an area of about 500m2 and a height of 11m, of one bay of the existing hall with an area of about 1,150m2 and hardened areas.
