Location: Radomsko

At the request of the County Office in Radomsko, we implemented the investment to build the District Sports Hall in Radomsko.

The investment was carried out using the ‘design and build’ formula. We were responsible for the development of the design documentation and construction. The investment is located in the zone of partial conservation protection of the spatial layout in the city centre.

The scope of construction included, among others:

Preparation of multi-branch documentation,
Obtaining a building permit,
Comprehensive construction of the hall building together with installations and sports equipment,
Construction of exit ways, internal roads, car parks and fences,
Land development with technical infrastructure and connections,
Obtaining an occupancy permit.
