In 1990, the company operating under the name of P.P.U. Sławomir Dobosz started providing construction services. From the very beginning, the company’s employees were particularly focused on the quality of work and full customer satisfaction. An individual approach to implemented projects, as well as consistent efforts to raise the standard of services rendered, have enabled the rapid development of the company.

THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE COMPANY TO THE SKB SA GROUP

Over time, the company began to thrive on other levels as well. We have already developed our activities not only in the general construction industry but also in sectors related to steel structures, energy, real estate, machining and glass and fibre-reinforced plastics. With the support of SKB SA, we were able to establish independently operating companies that have found the perfect place on the market by offering the highest quality products and services. Our work is positively assessed by both satisfied customers and the members of different jury panels awarding various awards. One of the most important awards, honouring us in 2007 and 2008, was the title of Fair Play Enterprise by the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

A visionary who courageously and consistently pursues the set goals.
Thanks to hard work, he has concentrated a group of companies, each of which today also operates independently and hold strong positions in their respective industries.
Mr. Sławomir Dobosz keeps setting new goals and knows how to achieve them. He is able to select collaborators who support him in building a strong, reliable brand.
He moves smoothly in the business reality which, whilst changing dynamically over 30 years, still poses new challenges but also opportunities.

Bartłomiej Dobosz

A continuator and associate of the founder of the SKB Group

Before he took up the position of the Proxy of the Management Board, he got to know the company and what it does at every stage of the work carried out.
Bartłomiej Dobosz is also a creator of new, important areas of the operations of SKB Group.
As an independent entrepreneur, he is constantly looking for new development paths for the group beyond the area of its current activities, but also for himself.
Privately, a father to two daughters, passionate about old cars, good music and sailing.

Agnieszka Skalik

Vice-President of the Management Board

An irreplaceable pillar of the company, with which she has been associated since 2001. She began cooperation with the SKB Group as Head of the Human Resources. Over the following ten years, she supervised the production preparation and operational controlling department. Currently, as Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the running of the accounting and finance department.

One of her strengths is her decisiveness and courage, with which she tries to rub off on others. She’s not afraid of new challenges. She appreciates family values above all else. She spends her free time with her loved ones and her greatest passions are mountains and good music.

Artur Góralczyk

Vice-President of the Management Board

He has been associated with the SKB Group since the beginning of 2019. An executive with many years of experience in the expansion of FMCG companies on the Polish market. He was a member of the Management Board of Polish FMCG companies for over 12 years, with responsibility in the field of investments and expansions. With a turnover of approximately PLN 1.5 billion, he recently (for a period of over 3 years) held the position of chairman of the company, expanding his scope of skills to include personnel, finance and controlling. He actively participated in many non-standard investment and acquisition projects on the Polish market. Cooperation with financial entities and cooperating parties has been a regular part of his daily agenda. He joined the organisation with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the goals achieved as well as the implementation of new management methods.
